ELABORATION / AGING The wine is produced through low temperature film maceration in a stainless steel tank, followed by a slow alcoholic fermentation that is halted with a cold treatment to eliminate fermentation yeasts before completion. This natural process results in a semi-sweet wine.

Tasting Note


FRAGRANCE

Along with the black fruit aromas, this wine exhibits spicy notes, hints of scrubland, smoked, balsamic, and minerals in the background.

PALATE

This wine has good volume on the palate, being meaty and structured. The entry is smooth, and the tannins are wellcombined with the sweetness, resulting in a wine with a fruity and sweet body.

PAIRING

This wine is an ideal pairing for dishes with red and game meat (such as deer or rabbit), turkey, and pork. It also complements spicy foods, cold cuts, and cheeses such as Roquefort.
