ELABORATION / AGING Late harvest refers to a delayed grape harvesting process, resulting in scarcer wine due to dehydration. Grapes resemble raisins with minimal water content. The wine produced is very limited, often only a bottle per vine or less, resulting in a concentrated nectar with impressive aromas. Late harvest occurs as late as January.

Tasting Note


FRAGRANCE

The nose is powerful, offering rich aromas of ripe red and black fruit.

PALATE

Extremely unusual sweet sensations, very pleasant and elegant with character of Garnacha and with hints of honey and notes of fig jam. Longlisting aftertaste.

PAIRING

This wine is ideal as a dessert wine, and pairs well with sweets, fruits, foie-gras, Roquefort cheese or Cabrales. It is best enjoyed in small quantities, allowing one to fully savor its fruity aromas.
