The nose is powerful, offering rich aromas of ripe red and black fruit.
PALATE
—
Extremely unusual sweet sensations, very pleasant and elegant with character of Garnacha and with hints of honey and notes of fig jam. Longlisting aftertaste.
PAIRING
—
This wine is ideal as a dessert wine, and pairs well with sweets, fruits, foie-gras, Roquefort cheese or Cabrales. It is best enjoyed in small quantities, allowing one to fully savor its fruity aromas.
